22 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single pregnancy; 2. Pregnant women with gestational age of 37-40w; 3. Subjects of ASA grade I and II; 4. Subjects with body mass index of 22-30kg / m2; 5. Primiparas aged 22-35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of mental illness or family history; 2. Subjects with history of central nervous system diseases; 3. Subjects with long-term opioid use history or chronic pain history; 4. Subjects of serious obstetric diseases (i.e. pre eclampsia or eclampsia need magnesium sulfate treatment, and cesarean section without artificial delivery is necessary immediately); 5. Subjects with contraindications of epidural analgesia, such as coagulation dysfunction, central nervous system infection, systemic infection, skin or soft tissue infection at puncture site, spinal canal disease or operation history.
