Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of bloodstream infection "2003 diagnostic criteria of nosocomial infection (Trial)"; 3. Patients staying in ICU for more than 72 hours; 4. Patients admitted to ICU more than twice in one year. The clinical data during the first admission were collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete clinical data (including blood routine examination, procalcitonin, coagulation function indicators and liver and kidney function indicators).
