Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-45 years old; 2. Subjects with at least 20 natural teeth (excluding third molars) in the mouth, and at least 12 teeth are premolars, first molars or second molars; 3. DMFT < 6; 4. Subjects diagnosed as periodontitis or periodontal health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects whose body index or vital signs are beyond the normal range (such as BMI >= 35 or 100 / min, etc.); 2. If it is female, it is not in pregnancy; 3. Patients with a history of systemic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes; 4. The patients who used antibiotics in the whole body nearly three months before the initial diagnosis were given antibiotics (mouthwash, etc.) in the oral cavity within one week 5. The subjects who had received periodontal treatment within six months before initial diagnosis (periodontal scaling, etc.).
