High pressure group :Blood flow restriction training of 70% AOP under continuous pressure
Intermittent compression group :Blood flow restriction training of 70% AOP intermittent pressure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students majoring in Physical Education in Guangzhou Institute of physical education; 2. Those who have been diagnosed with knee joint injury and have left dysfunction (weak muscle strength and poor balance) due to knee joint injury; 3. Those who have been operated on knee joint for more than 3 months; 4. Have no other problems affecting lower limb movement; 5. Volunteer to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe knee injury need surgery; 2. patients with deep venous thrombosis or vascular disease of lower extremity; 3. patients with hypertension and heart disease; 4. patients with cognitive impairment affecting functional training.
