18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fresh or old complex elbow joint fractures and or combined with dislocation of the elbow joint after reduction and fixation and needed external fixation; 2. Severe elbow joint stiffness after loosening and unstable needed external fixation; 3. Gender Not limited; 4. Aged 18-60 years; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture; 2. Multiple traumas in the same upper extremity; 3. Open fracture; 4. Combined with neurovascular injury; 5. Refused or unable to tolerate surgical treatment; 6. Refused the study protocol or could not cooperate to complete the follow-up.
