Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-80 years; 2) Karnofsky physical condition score >=70% Or ECOG score = 1.5 x 10^9/L; Platelet >= 75 x 10^9/L, ALT and AST = 30g/L; 8) Obtain written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Have received any chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy for esophageal and gastric junction adenocarcinoma; 2) Lymph node BulkyN2 status was diagnosed by abdominal CT/MRI, that is, at least 1 lymph node diameter line >= 3cm or 3 consecutive lymph nodes, each diameter line >= 1.5cm; 3) Clinical diagnosis of middle and superior mediastinal lymph node metastasis; 4) Multiple malignant lesions in the stomach; 5) Pregnant or nursing women; 6) A history of uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system disease or mental disorder; 7) Prior upper abdominal surgery (except laparoscopic cholecystectomy); 8) Patients with other malignant diseases in the last 5 years, except cured skin cancer and carcinoma in situ of the cervix; 9) Clinically severe (i.e., active) heart disease, such as symptomatic coronary heart disease, NYHA class II or more congestive heart failure or severe arrhythmia requiring drug intervention, or a history of myocardial infarction within the last 6 months; 10) Have a history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the last 6 months; 11) Those who need immunosuppressive therapy for organ transplantation; 12) Severe uncontrolled recurrent infections or other serious uncontrolled concomitant diseases; 13) Creatinine clearance at or below 50ml/min for moderate or severe renal impairment (calculated according to Cockroft and Gault equations), or upper normal limit of serum creatinine (ULN); 14) Emergency surgery is required due to tumor emergencies (bleeding, perforation and obstruction); 15) Those who have received the study drug or preparation within 4 weeks prior to screening (i.e., those participating in other trials).
