Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The absence of surgical indications or patient refusal to undergo surgical treatment; 2. Child class A or B liver function; 3. No complete blockage of the main portal vein.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-primary lesions; 2. Uncorrectable coagulation dysfunction,; 4. Significant dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lung, or kidney.
