Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed informed consent; 2. Histological/cytopathological examination confirmed non-small cell lung cancer with imaging stage IIIB-IV; 3. Patients who have not previously received chemotherapy for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer systems. Can also be enrolled if you have previously received Neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy; 4. No EGFR or ALK mutations; 5. Aged >=18 years; 6. The researchers determined that the patients could be treated with either carrelizumab or a combination therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who also received other immune drugs or therapy; 2. Concurrent patients with other malignant tumors; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. The researcher believes that the patient is not suitable to participate in any other conditions of this study.
