Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade II-V, cardiac function grade II-IV; 2. Age >65 years old, gender unlimited, BMI 18.5-30 kg/m2; 3. Orthopedic surgery is planned under tourniquet; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign relevant informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with severe trauma and unstable hemodynamics; 3. Patients with diseases of the blood system, such as anemia and coagulation disorder; 4. Patients with complicated mental system diseases who cannot cooperate with the research program; 5. Long-term use of hormone or immunosuppressant drugs before surgery; 6. History of substance dependence and drug abuse other than alcoho
