18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Those who do colonoscopy as planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart failure (New York Class III or IV); 2. Recent acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina; 3. Uncontrolled hypertension; 4. Chronic kidney disease; 5. Suspected bowel obstruction or perforation; 6. Before bowel resection; 7. Gastroparesis; 8. Diarrhea more than 3 times a day; 9. Cirrhosis or ascites: 10. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 11. People with mental illness who cannot cooperate with the examination; 12. Those who are allergic to intestinal preparation drugs.
