Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the elderly group is over 65 years old, and the sex ratio is appropriate; 2. The age of the youth group is between 25 and 45, and the sex ratio is appropriate; 3. No serious disease; If either answer is "no", it will not be included in the clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with poor compliance to the scheme; 2. Subjects without any follow-up data; 3. The subjects that have not completed the test; 4. Randomly change the oral probiotics.
