Group 1:Implement epidural labor analgesia
Group 2:Pregnant women only participate in childbirth courses in anesthesia clinics
Group 3:Pregnant women both participate in childbirth courses in the anesthesia clinic and receive epidural analgesia

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with single fetal head position natural pregnancy; 2. Pregnant women with gestational age of 36w-42w who are going to come to our hospital for vaginal delivery; 3. The subjects with primary school education or above can accurately understand the scale and questionnaire contents; 4. Those who voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with mental history and antenatal EPDS >= 10; 2. Subjects with contraindications of epidural labor analgesia. include: (1) History of infectious diseases of the central nervous system (e.g. poliomyelitis, meningitis, encephalitis); (2) History of spinal or spinal cord disease (e.g., spinal trauma or surgery); (3) Systemic infection (sepsis); (4) Skin or soft tissue infection at the puncture site; (5) Coagulation disorders; (6) Other conditions.
