Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-70 years old; 2. Patients with tendon-bone insertion tear or tendon repair confirmed by MRI / CT / ultrasound; 3. Patients with tendon-bone insertion tear and inflammation, mainly including rotator cuff injury, cruciate ligament tear, heel tendinitis, collateral ligament injury, tennis elbow, and other diseases; 4. Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have received other research drugs in the last 30 days; 2. Taking traditional Chinese medicine at the same time; 3. Patients had viral active infection and the research leader believed that it would reduce the patient's tolerance; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Severe complications; 6. Severe heart disease, such as the history of congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, etc.
