Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for AAD, the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine was classified as spleen-kidney Yang deficiency; 2. The patient age >= 60 years old, can think independently, and actively cooperate with relevant treatment, no other drugs or other treatments were used for diarrhea during treatment; 3. I am willing to accept the method chosen for this project and finish it continuously for 7 days according to the regulations; 4. All were inpatients who signed informed consent forms and expressed their willingness to receive treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Various types of infectious diarrhea, such as bacterial dysentery, food poisoning, typhoid fever, amoebic dysentery, etc. 2. People with severe digestive diseases can lead to diarrhoeal diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome ulcerative colitis crohn's disease. 3. Is participating in other clinical drug trials. 4. Patients with severe liver, kidney and cardiopulmonary insufficiency, bleeding diseases and mental diseases. 5. Patients with malignant tumors, extremely low immune function, immunosuppression and immunodeficiency. 6. The use of other traditional Chinese medicine in the same period affects the judgment of curative effect. 7. If the patient has a history of allergy to Traditional Chinese medicine and is unconscious or unable to cooperate, he/she fails to receive the prescribed treatment and cannot judge the curative effect.
