Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject who signed the informed consent; 2. Those patients with positive smear examination of acid fast bacilli in sputum or positive sputum culture and positive DNA extraction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, with or without meeting the diagnostic criteria of diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney damage who can not tolerate tuberculosis drugs 2. Patients with other immune system diseases such as AIDS. 3. Patients undergoing other experimental studies.
