Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly over 60 years old living in nursing homes with dementia syndrome diagnosed by specialists; 2. Subjects with MMSE score of 18-24; 3. Subjects with definite clinical symptoms of memory impairment or executive dysfunction; 4. Subjects who can't complete group activities independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with serious emotional problems or psychobehavioral symptoms were unable to complete the research activities; 2. Subjects with physical dysfunction, such as hemiplegia, inability to walk, etc; 3. Subjects of end-stage diseases with life expectancy less than 12 months, such as tumor, end-stage renal disease, end-stage heart failure, end-stage lung disease, etc; 4. Subjects with severe diseases, such as severe pulmonary infection, acute coronary syndrome, stroke, high-risk arrhythmia, severe liver or renal insufficiency, and severe heart failure; 5. Patients with aphasia, blindness, deafness, unable to complete neuropsychological assessment, and other researchers think that they are not suitable to participate in the study; 6. Their legal guardians or family members are unwilling or unable to cooperate with the research activities.
