Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old. 2. Patients with ischemic stroke according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018; patients with cerebral hemorrhage according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage 2019; patients with transient ischemic attack according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese expert consensus on antiplatelet therapy for transient ischemic attack and mild stroke (2014).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete or uncooperative basic information. 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney failure, severe dementia and mental illness.
