18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18-80 years with elective colorectal cancer surgery; 2) The body mass index is between 18.5 and 24; 3) ASA I-III; 4) Duration of general anesthesia is more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of substance abuse; 2) Diseases related to the immune system; 3) Emergency surgery; 4) Perioperative blood transfusion; 5) Pregnancy; 6) The patient refuses.
