Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age:18-67 years old; 2) Patients accepted the orthotopic liver transplantation with cadaveric donor; 3) Patients who are in the period of 2 weeks to 3years after the liver transplantation; 4) Patients who didn't have the habit of taking exercise regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Liver transplantation recipients with mental disorders; 2) Liver transplantation recipients with combined multi-organ transplantation; 3) Secondary liver transplantation recipients; 4) Liver transplantation recipients who cannot complete the questionnaire; 5) Liver transplantation recipients with severe complications and limited activities; 6) Liver transplantation recipients who cannot tolerate moderate intensity aerobic exercise; 7) Liver transplantation recipients with cancer indications other than hepatocellular carcinoma.
