Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who understand and are willing to sign informed consent; 2. Patients aged from 18 to 70 years old (including both ends), male and female; 3. Patients with hyperuricemia (according to the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of hyperuricemia and gout (2019 Edition), male or female, fasting blood uric acid level >= 420 µ mol / L) and healthy people.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients who used diuretics in the past month; 3. Patients with a history of potential malignant tumor; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular history; 5. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 6. Patients with chronic liver disease; 7. Patients with severe infection in recent one month; 8. Patients with hematological diseases; 9. Patients with history of malignant tumor.
