Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children meet the definition of healthy children or the diagnostic criteria for recurrent respiratory tract infections; 2. Children aged 3-6 years; 3. Chileren with regular diet and the frequency of defecation meet the normal range in daily life; 4. Children who can cooperate with the treatment and sampling; 5. During the study period, parents are willing to maintain a stable daily diet and living environment. If necessary, strictly limitation of the use of prebiotics, probiotics, synbiotics and antibiotics shall be complied. Participants promise that they will not move house, will not travel to other provinces or transfer to another school; ; 6. Guardian signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases that may lead to intestinal flora disorder, such as gastrointestinal diseases such as diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatobiliary diseases such as cholestatic liver disease, etc.; 2. Patients with persistent asthma, eczema and other allergic diseases; 3. Patients requiring hospitalization or undergoing tumor treatment; 4. Patients with phlebitis, open wound, fracture and muscle tissue injury.
