Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. New-onset non-cardiac ischemic stroke patients diagnosed by imaging within 3 months of onset; 2. Those who have autonomy or have immediate family members as caregivers; 3. Age of onset> 18 years old; 4. No gender limit; 5. The patient has signed an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemorrhagic stroke and recurrent stroke; 2. Patients who had been onset for more than three months at the beginning of the study; 3. Patients living alone or without fixed caregivers; 4. No imaging evidence; 5. Confirmed malignant tumor or brain tumor; 6. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or thrombocytopenia (platelets < 100 x 10^9/L); 7. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have pregnancy plans and possibilities; 8. Use other clinical trial drugs or devices within 30 days before the date of obtaining informed consent, or are participating in other interventional clinical research.
