Overweight or obese

Interventions

early 6-h TRF (7:00-13:00):Participants were allowed to eat between 7am and 13pm, with strict fasting and drinking water, energy-free tea and coffee the rest of the time.
late 6-h TRF (12:00-18:00):Participants were allowed to eat between 12:00 and 13:00, and the rest of the time they were strictly fasting, drinking water and energy-free tea and coffee.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 30 years old; 2. Patients with body mass index (BMI) >= 24kg / m2; 3. Patients with stable weight (weight change less than ± 10%) in recent 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who smoked for nearly 6 years; 2. Participants who took drugs that may affect the results of the study in the past 6 months; 3. Participants with irregular menstrual cycles; 4. Participants who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant; 5. Participants who are restricted in their diet (eg. vegetarians).
