Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have worked in hospital for more than half a year; 2. Patients who have fatigue related symptoms such as fatigue, muscle soreness and inattention in the near future and are excluded from diseases; 3. Patients without diabetes, renal insufficiency, malignant tumor and other chronic metabolic diseases or complications in the past; 4. Patients with informed consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are on vacation or going out to study in the following three months; 2. Those who are suffering from acute or chronic diseases or during pregnancy or lactation; 3. People diagnosed with mental disorders; 4. People who are taking anti fatigue nutritional supplements or traditional Chinese medicine recently; 5. Those who are allergic to any component of the product and any factors that the researcher thinks are not suitable for the study.
