Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects were 18-28 years old college students; 2. The subjects were students of Taijiquan elective course; 3. Healthy patients without contraindications to exercise; 4. Those patients who voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can't bear the load intensity of spring leg exercise; 2. Patients with no history of injury or surgery in the past 6 months; 3. Patients with related diseases of nervous system or skeletal muscle system.
