Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 14 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; 2. All the selected patients were patients with sepsis or septic shock. The infection index of laboratory examination was increased, with or without imaging examination of infection basis or with hemodynamic instability; 3. For the patients who must sign the informed consent form before the start of all specific research procedures, the informed consent form shall be signed by the patient or the authorized client for the patients who are 18 years old or above; the informed consent form shall be signed by the legal guardian for the patients who are under 18 years old, and the informed consent form shall also be signed by the subjects themselves. Considering the patient's condition, if the patient's signature is not conducive to the treatment of the disease, the legal guardian or the patient's immediate family members should sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical history; 2. Lost patients; 3. Patients whose etiology has been confirmed before admission; 4. Patients allergic to anti infective drugs; 5. The patient or authorized client refuses to perform mngs test.
