Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cases: Serum thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) or thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb) positive with hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism, combined with thyroid ultrasound. Control: 1. Normal healthy persons matched with age, sex, BMI and place of residence in the case group. 2. No history of acute or chronic disease, long-term use of hormones or drugs, personal or family history of thyroid disease and other autoimmune diseases, and no pregnancy. 3. Physical examination showed no goiter, laboratory examination showed negative thyroid autoantibodies (TPOAb, TgAb), other thyroid function indicators were normal, and thyroid ultrasound showed no abnormalities (gland size, shape, internal echo were normal, no nodules).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital thyroid diseases; 2. Patients who have taken antithyroid drugs or thyroxine in the past year; 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases, endocrine diseases, heart diseases, chronic diseases, family genetic diseases and pregnant women.
