65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 65 years old; 2. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of AD proposed by the National Institute on aging Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA) in 2011; 3. Patients whose expected survival time is more than or equal to 2 years; 4. Informed consent signed by patients or their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear diagnosis; 2. Patients with intracranial organic lesions indicated by head CT / MRI; 3. Subjects who cannot understand the researcher's instructions and cooperate with the study due to severe aphasia, cognitive impairment or mental illness; 4. Patients with cognitive impairment caused by other diseases; 5. Patients who are participating in other intervention studies; 6. Patients with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney, endocrine and blood system; 7. Patients unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and evaluation.
