65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 65 years old; 2. In accordance with the Parkinson's syndrome diagnostic criteria (2015 International Association for movement disorders) ; 3. Patients with an estimated survival time of more than 2 years; 4. Patients taking anti Parkinson drugs stably; 5. Informed consent signed by patients or their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other extrapyramidal diseases or unclear diagnosis; 2. Patients with intracranial space occupying lesions indicated by CT / MRI; 3. Complicated with heart, liver, kidney, blood system, autoimmune system and other serious organs or systemic diseases; 4. Patients with abnormal gait and posture caused by other reasons, such as bone and joint diseases; 5. Patients who are participating in other intervention studies; 6. Severe cognitive impairment, anxiety and depression and other patients who can not cooperate with rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation training.
