Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate (including moderate) mitral stenosis and regurgitation and / or aortic valve disease diagnosed by echocardiography need valve replacement or plasty under cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation before operation were treated with Cox maze radiofrequency ablation at the same time; 3. Patients with LAD more than 60 mm before operation should be treated with lap at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete collection of perioperative clinical data; 2. Patients with second operation; 3. Patients with multiple organ dysfunction or cardiac cachexia before operation.
