Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who underwent selective high ligation of hernia sac in children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University; 2. ASA I-II, children aged 1-6 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 2. Patients with lower extremity nerve injury or spinal disease; 3. Patients with infection history at puncture site; 4. Patients with known hypersensitivity to ropivacaine; 5. Patients with history of upper respiratory tract infection; 6. Patients whose parents refused to participate in this study.
