Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years; 2. Patients who are more than 3 months away from the onset of herpes zoster; 3. Patients with NRS score above 5; 4. Patients who have not received pulse radiofrequency modulation or spinal cord electrical stimulation therapy; 5. Patients who can cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known drug dependence; 2. Patients with severe depression or serious suicidal tendency; 3. Patients with severe physical diseases; 4. Patients with history of sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block, liver and kidney dysfunction and pacemaker; 5. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 6. Patients who can not insist on treatment due to long distance or other reasons.
