Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-55 years; regular menstrual cycle (28 ± 7 days); 2. Patients confirmed by imaging; 3. No asexual life, no vaginal flushing and vaginal medication within 2 days; no cervical treatment within 7 days; no antibiotic drugs within 30 days; 4. There is no abnormal object in vaginal secretion examination; the white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio in blood routine test are within the normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects with drug treatment history within 3 months before treatment (oral contraceptives, progesterone and other drugs for the treatment of endometriosis and drugs for other diseases, excluding GnRHa for the treatment of this disease), and probiotics (including health care products); 2. Patients with IUD insertion; 3. Subjects of pregnancy and lactation; 4. Patients with other diseases, such as vaginal cancer or surgical history, acute or severe vaginal symptoms requiring treatment, vaginal infection or onset. Combined with autoimmune diseases, systemic acute inflammation, genital tract malformations.
