Remimazolam Group:Reimazolam was administered under anesthesia

Flumazenil Group:Antagonism by flumazenil

Propofol Group:Propofol was administered under anesthesia

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 65-75 years old patients who do gastroscopy. 2. ASA I - II patients. 3. The patients who participated voluntarily signed the informed consent. 4. Patients whose estimated examination time is less than 30 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; 2. Patients with body weight greater than or less than 20% BMI; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with MMSE cognitive score lower than 17 before operation; 5. Illiterate patients.
