Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. Patients who received recanalization therapy within 6 hours after onset (including intravenous thrombolysis, intravenous thrombolysis + interventional bridging therapy and interventional therapy); 3. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage were excluded by head CT examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious abnormal blood routine, coagulation, liver and kidney function before treatment; 2. Patients with evidence of infection before and after treatment (hsCRP, leukocyte significantly increased and other clinical symptoms significantly); 3. Patients with tumor, chronic inflammatory disease, autoimmune disease or hormone therapy; 4. Patients with previous ischemic stroke and serious sequelae.
