Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: AD patients diagnosed by NINCDS-ADRDA diagnostic criteria: subjects voluntarily participated in the trial and signed informed consent; memory loss was the first choice; MMSE score = 1. 2. Control group: volunteers participated in the trial and signed informed consent; other age and gender matched patients without neurological diseases and family history of AD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Case group: sudden onset; early symptoms: gait instability, epilepsy, abnormal behavior; dementia caused by other causes: vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia, alcoholic dementia; patients with severe hypertension (180/110 mmHg), severe diabetes (fasting blood glucose > 10.11 mmol / L), alcoholism. 2. Control group: severe hypertension patients (180/110 mmHg), severe diabetes patients (fasting blood glucose > 10.11 mmol / L), alcoholics.
