Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the normal group 1. Corneal topography, average K value 2 mm; 2. Persistent corneal scar, irregular reflection by ophthalmoscope or ophthalmoscope; 3. The corneal topography was irregular, and I-S > 1.9d.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of eyeball surgery, trauma, etc.
