Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had bowel preparation for the first time; 2. Patients aged 18 to 65, gender and nationality were not considered; 3. Patients with body mass index >= 24kg / m2; 4. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or breast-feeding women; 2. Patients with severe heart, kidney, lung and liver diseases; 3. Patients with previous abdominal surgery history; 4. Patients with severe electrolyte disorder; 5. Patients with intestinal obstruction, toxic megacolon and severe inflammatory bowel disease; 6. Patients who failed to take the enema completely; 7. Patients with severe adverse reactions that cannot complete colonoscopy; 8. Patients with poor compliance judged by doctors; 9. Related personnel of this clinical trial.
