Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with lung cancer, the diagnostic criteria were in line with the diagnosis and treatment criteria for primary lung cancer (2018 version); 2. Patients over 65 years old; 3. Patients with MMRC respiratory function score <= 2; 4. Patients who signed informed consent and were able to complete the trial according to the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, uncontrollable hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease and poor control of diabetic complications; 2. Patients whose condition worsened or combined with other serious diseases of the system were not competent for the trial; 3. Patients with severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment; past history of cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcoholism; severe spasm or pain; 4. Patients who can't cooperate with functional evaluation and have poor compliance; 5. Patients who recently participated in other clinical trials.
