Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients without digestive symptoms within half a year; 3. Patients who did not take drugs that may affect upper gastrointestinal motility and gastric acid secretion within one month; 4. Patients without history of thoracic deformity, scoliosis, thoracic and digestive tract surgery (except appendectomy); 5. Those patients without other systemic diseases that may affect esophageal motility, such as hypertension, renal insufficiency, endocrine system diseases, connective tissue diseases, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with a history of drug abuse or drug abuse; 3. Patients with severe mental disorders who can not cooperate with the completion of the examination; 4. Patients who have participated in a clinical trial in the past 12 weeks or currently; 5. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
