Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults with type 2 diabetis and atherosclerotic plague formation but no obvouse stenosis in lower extremity peripheral arteries. 2.Agree to receive ligrutide and support therapies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adults with previous sensitivities to ultrasound contrast agents (Sulfur hexafluoride or other known compositions). 2. Adults with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, severe congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmiae, uncontrolled systemic hypertension, advanced pulmonary hypertension, and adult respiratory distress syndrome. 3. Adults with poor compliance.
