Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-70 years, female medical examination confirmed as postmenopausal. 2. Fasting blood glucose range: 5.6-6.9mmol/L or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose range: 7.8-11.0mmol/L. 3. Waist circumference >= 90 cm for men and >= 85cm for women. 4. BMI >= 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other endocrine diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome and hyperthyroidism and patients ·with a history of fracture. 2. Those who use hormone drugs. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Poor compliance (including those with severe cognitive impairment). 5. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and gastrointestinal diseases affecting activity. 6. Diagnosed with 1 / 2 diabetes mellitus.
