Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of ACLF were in accordance with the guidelines reported for the "Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of liver failure"(12) formulated in 2018. The clinical manifestations were as follows: (1) Extreme fatigue and obvious digestive tract symptoms; (2) Rapid jaundice deepening. Serum TBIL was 10 times higher than the upper limit of normal value or increased by >= 17.1µmol/L per day; (3) Bleeding tendency, PTA = 1.5), with the exception of patients with other causes; (4) Decompensated ascites; (5) Presence or absence of hepatic encephalopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with hepatitis A, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, hepatitis E, CMV, EBV infection, hyperthyroidism, autoimmune diseases, severe cardiopulmonary and renal insufficiency or malignant tumor, HIV infection, pregnancy, history of heavy drinking, recent history of antituberculosis drug use, recent history of Chinese herbal medicine, weight loss drugs, and various health care products.
