18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged 18-45 years, gestation time > 28 weeks; 2. Ultrasonographic examination diagnosed placenta previa, including complete and incomplete placenta previa 3. The mother does not have other diseases; 4. Pregnant women and their family members know and agree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, liver, kidney or thromboembolic diseases; 2. Patients with known coagulation disorders and severe prenatal bleeding; 3. Ultrasonography showed patients with high possibility of pathological adhesion placenta; 4. Placental implantation; 5. Placental abruption and preeclampsia; 6. Moderate and severe anemia, Hb < 90g/L; 7. Intrauterine fetal death.
