18 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary participation (signing informed consent); (2) Primipara; (3) Single fetus; (4) Head; (5) Gestational week: 34±6 weeks; (6) Expected age of delivery: 18-40 (excluding 40).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Who with physical and surgical disease; (2) High risk of premature delivery; (3) Other contraindications for vaginal delivery; (4) Chronic constipation history, chronic cough history, genital prolapse before pregnancy, urinary incontinence, etc.; (5) Muscular diseases such as myasthenia gravis, connective tissue diseases such as SLE,etc.; (6) Previous perineal and anal surgeries; (7) Vulva lesions: vulva leukoplakia and varicose veins; (8) Mental disorders; (9) Abnormal fetal development.
