Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bone marrow morphology and immunology confirmed the diagnosis of AML in patients; 2. Patients with no remission or recurrence after conventional treatment; 3. Patients aged 18 to 75 years old; 4. Liver and renal function: blood bilirubin = 20 to 80 ml/min; 5. Patients with heart function index EF >= 50%; 6. Patients with ECoG score 0-2; 7. Obtain the informed consent signed by the patient or his family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is allergy or obvious contraindication to any drug involved in the scheme; 2. Patients with severe heart disease, including myocardial infarction and cardiac insufficiency; 3. Patients with malignant tumors of other organs at the same time; 4. Active tuberculosis patients and HIV positive patients; 5. Patients with other blood system diseases at the same time; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Patients who cannot understand or follow the protocol; 8. Patients with previous history of intolerance or allergy to similar drugs; 10. Patients who participated in other clinical studies at the same time; 11. There are any other circumstances that hinder the study;
