Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients were clinically diagnosed with tachyarrhythmia and needed to be treated immediately in a hospital emergency department; 2. patients aged 18 years or older; 3. patients had given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. life-threatening systemic disease; 2. no indication of emergency treatment for arrhythmias; 3. refusal to receive treatment for arrhythmia; 4. diagnosis of bradyarrhythmia.
