Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 14 to 80 years, including men and women; 2. All the selected patients are patients with hematological diseases with neutropenia, elevated body temperature, elevated laboratory infection indicators, and evidence of infection with or without imaging tests; 3. The informed consent form must be signed before the start of all the specific research procedures. Patients aged 18 and above must sign the informed consent form by the patient or an authorized consignor; adolescent patients under the age of 18 must sign the informed consent form with the consent of their legal guardian, and take the test at the same time The person himself also needs to sign an informed consent form. Considering the patient's condition, if the patient's signature is not conducive to the treatment of the condition, the legal guardian or the patient's immediate family members will sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete medical history data; 2) Those who are lost to follow-up; 3) The final diagnosis is a non-infectious fever patient; 4) Those whose etiology has been clarified before admission; 5) Those who are allergic to anti-infective drugs; 6) The patient himself or the authorized client refuses to perform mNGS testing.
