18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years with elective colorectal cancer surgery; 2. The body mass index is between 18.5 and 24; 3. ASA I-III; 4. Duration of general anesthesia is more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of substance abuse; 2. Diseases related to the immune system; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Perioperative blood transfusion; 5. Pregnancy; 6. The patient refuses.
