Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 40-75 years; 2.Diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis; 3.K-L scores of I-III grades; 4.Duration of KOA is more than 6 months; 5.Traditional treatment is invalid.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Objects who had arthroscopy and/or surgery, or intra-articular injection of hormone and/or hyaluronate acid treatmentwithin 14 days prior to inclusion in the study. 2.Women who are pregnant or breast feeding or planning to become pregnant during the study. 3.Positive serology for HIV,hepatitis B,Hepatitis C and syphilis. 4.Overweight expressed as body mass index (BMI) greater than 30. 5.Serious pre-existing medical conditions like Cardiovascular Diseases,Renal Diseases,Liver Diseases, Endocrine Diseases and Cancer. 6.Patients who are still participating other clinical trials. 7.Bilateral knee osteoarthritis. 8.Serious varus or valgus deformity of knee joint,greater than 10 degrees.
